Strolling down one of Thailand’s myriad shopping streets is an experience unto itself. Along the road, there are buskers playing traditional Thai instruments, piping hot Thai dishes and refreshing desserts tastier (and much cheaper) than most you would find in fancy restaurants, and all manner of merchandise presented for perusal, from simple stalls to wares on a blanket along the ground.

A growing number of international brands and franchises have taken up shop along these attractive thoroughfares, but there are some great local boutiques that we think would be of great interest, with a hodge-podge of clothing, accessories, and home décor, to duck into and spend a moment browsing through.
