Information ServiceFor more information, passengers and airport users can contact the airport officers at the information counters located in the departure hall and in the arrival hall of the Domestic Passenger Terminal.

Each bank has counters for currency exchange and Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) in the departure and arrival halls of International Passenger Terminal 1&2 and the Domestic Terminal.
Currency ExchangeThere are many currency exchange counters and Automatic Exchange Machines in the Departure Halls (e.g., near the Passenger Service Charge Counter) and Arrival Halls of the International and Domestic Passenger Terminals. Major foreign currencies can be exchanged for Thai Baht with banks and exchange vending machines. Major credit cards are also widely accepted in the airport terminal.

Passengers can make a local call with the charge of 1 Baht for the first 3 minutes.The charge for long distance call will depend on the destination. The fee for calling to mobile phone will start from 3 to 12 Baht, depending on the destination. Passenger can search for the phone card at the souvenir shop in the airport terminal.
Overseas callsOverseas call service is provided at the airport post office in the Domestic Terminal on the 2nd Floor or at telephone booth.

An express photo service is provided for passengers who apply for an entry visa and is located at the visa on arrival office near the immigration counters at International Passenger Terminals 1 & 2. The photo service fee for 4 photos is 120THB.
MinilabMinilab is available in the departure hall of International Passenger Terminal 1 near check-in row 1. It includes express photo service and film development. Operating hours are from 09.00 a.m. to 21.00 p.m. daily.
Greeting Sticker Printing MachineSticker machines are provided for the pleasure and well-wishing of departing passengers and located in the departure hall of International Passenger Terminal 1&2 and the Domestic Terminal.
StudioQuick & Go Shop is a studio with computerised photo-printing allowing you to post yourselves in your own styles from an outrageous selection of pictures (e.g. Thai cultural scenes.). The studio is located in the departure lounge of International Passenger Terminal 2.

MedicalThe Airport Clinic is on the ground floor of International Passenger Terminal 1, near the Arrival Hall. Qualified medical personnel are ready to assist passengers 24 hours a day.
