Cooking Class

Whether you’re an amateur cook wanting to expand your family menu, or a professional chef with a need to develop your repertoire into world-famous Thai cuisine, you’ll have no trouble finding a place in the kitchen in Thailand.

Whatever your reason, you simply need to choose your desired venue: a cooking school, a private home, a hotel, even a boat; and a location: a tropical southern beach, the center of Bangkok, a northern Thai mountain resort; then book your class, and cook away.

Many schools offer 1- to 7-day courses, where you can choose the particular type of food you wish to learn to cook.  Visits to markets to buy fresh food, herbs, and spices are also part of many classes, so you have the opportunity to learn the culture at the same time you’re learning the cuisine – not to mention eating it!
