.
For this trip, we went on a tour of 3 stunning islands. The journey began at Pak Meng Pier, heading to Ko Muk, where we explored Tham Morakot (Emerald Cave), then on to Ko Kradan for a relaxing stroll along the beach and a delicious lunch. 📌 Ko Mu and Tham Morakot (Emerald Cave)
.
Ko Muk is the third largest island in Trang Sea, and it’s the perfect destination for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. With its beautiful white sand beach and crystal-clear emerald water, this island is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a serene environment for relaxation. On Ko Muk, there are two lovely beaches for visitors to explore: Farang Beach and Sabai Beach. Additionally, the island has beautiful coral reefs for snorkeling and diving. 🏝
.
This island is home to a large Muslim community, many of whom work in rubber plantations, fishing, and tourism. A visit to Ko Muk not only allows you to enjoy its natural beauty and tranquility but also gives you the opportunity to experience the local way of life. ✨

To the west of Ko Muk, you'll find the famous Tham Morakot (Emerald Cave). When the sunlight reflects off the water at the cave's entrance, it creates a stunning emerald green sea that is truly breathtaking. Inside, you'll discover a large cave chamber with a beautiful white sand beach, surrounded by towering cliffs. To enter the cave, you must float inside through a narrow opening, as small boats can't pass through. For safety, it's recommended to visit with a local guide or a tour operator. It’s one of those natural wonders that you have to see with your own eyes. Absolutely beautiful! 🏊🏻🏝
.
*Ko Muk is located within Hat Chao Mai National Park. The park closes off access to the island every year from June 1 to September 30 to allow the natural environment to recover.

Ko Kradan has been ranked by World Beach Guide (UK) as one of the "Best Beaches in the World" in 2023. Anyone who visits will be greeted by fine, soft white sand, and beautifully clear, clean turquoise water that alternates between blue and green—it's no wonder it earned the title of one of the best beaches in the world. 🏖
.
This island is also famous as one of the filming locations for the Thai drama "Neung Nai Roi," featuring the iconic scene where the main character proposes to his beloved.

The highlight of Ko Kradan is that it’s a popular spot for holding underwater wedding ceremonies in Trang. If you're planning a wedding and want something unique, why not think outside the box and choose to get married underwater? It’s a perfect solution for those who don’t want a traditional land ceremony! And for single men and women, don’t worry—you don’t need to be getting married to enjoy Ko Kradan. The island is also a fantastic spot for snorkeling, with vibrant coral reefs and long stretches of beautiful coral gardens along the coastline. It’s one of the most popular snorkeling sites in Trang. 👰🏻🤵🏼🤿
.
*Ko Kradan is managed by the Hat Chao Mai National Park and is part of the national park area. The park closes access to Ko Kradan annually from June 1 to September 30 to allow the natural environment to regenerate.

📌 Ko Lao Liang
.
Ko Lao Liang is a limestone mountain island, It is surrounded by cliffs, a white sandy beach, and clear turquoise water, and the atmosphere is quiet like a private island. Ko Lao Liang is two islands divided as follows: Ko Lao Liang Phi: There are dozens of temporary fishing communities on the island. It is used as a temporary shelter to escape the wind and when at sea. It is also possible to walk to explore the beach area on the island, but tourists are not allowed to stay overnight on the island. Ko Lao Liang Nong: There is a cliff over a 100 meters high, clean white sandy beach, and a beautiful coral reef that is suitable for snorkeling. The island is also home to a single private accommodation, so if you wish to stay overnight, you'll need to book in advance before your trip. 🏖

*Ko Lao Liang is closed annually from mid-May to October because it is the monsoon season and to restore the nature. The accommodation on Ko Lao Liang Nong is also closed. The island will reopen for tourism in November.
