Deposit Policy:
- 50% advance payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (reservations in the period of 20 Dec – 10 Jan.)
- 50% advance payment is required 18 days prior to arrival (reservations in the period of 01 Nov –19 Dec and 11 Jan – 15 Apr.)
- 50% advance payment is required 8 days prior to arrival (reservations in the period of 15 Apr. – 31 Oct.)
- 100% full payment is required upon arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation made within 7 days of the guest arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged with a cancellation fee of 100% for the entire stay.
Credit card policy:
The original credit card is required to be presented and verified upon check-in. Otherwise hotel has the right to refund the prepaid payment from the original credit card and collect another 100% payment from guest directly. If the credit card holder doesn’t stay at hotel, the prepayment should be made via Bank transfer. Please note that payment must be processed within 48 hours after booking to secure the reservation.
